I've watched my opponents in multi-player have terraformed empires (to a terrain they like), public baths at the minimum and then they lose 2 battles and one city and chaos ensues - this is too much and too punitive in my opinion. Combined with city enhancements this is plenty to give the thief a significant boost without OP the whole game. Iron Grip should give maybe 100-150 morale. 300 morale means from day one I have festivals out the wahoo, make max gold in taxes, max bonuses plus receive gifts of gold and mana on a regular basis. To lose 400 morale at a shot everywhere is grotesque. I believe it should be -50 morale and winning battle should then offset the negatives (so if in 1 round you lose a city and 2 battles but win 1 battle and 1 city - you should lose about -50 morale total).Īlso, Age of Deception (when the Rogue already has incite revolt and prying eyes) is gross. ![]() To lose morale so quickly because of a few lost battles or cities is crippling at -100+ morale.
